Andrew Downes

Andy’s career started at Royal Bank of Scotland and he has held executive positions at multiple European Banks, global software companies and, most recently, the Fintech industry including major players such as FIS, Raphaels Bank and Optal Financial Limited. During a varied career, he also created and built his own coaching business which supported the professional and personal development of more than 1,000 people.

He held the position of General Manager at Raphaels Bank, at the time one of the UK’s oldest independent banks and a leader in payments innovation, where he oversaw the growth of the Payments Division as the largest prepaid issuer in Europe, processing £billions in annual payments. Andy then joined another £billion payment turnover business, Optal Financial, as Executive Director and General Manager, one of the largest and most innovative Fintech companies in Europe.

Jonathan Amrani

Jonathan joined the company in 2015 to be at the helm of PSI-Pay’s e-wallet product and lead the way of its expansion and strategic development.

Prior to PSI-Pay, Jonathan acquired extensive experience in business development, strategy, finance, and operations management, working at senior positions of some of the biggest names in the iGaming and online payments industries.

Clare Mahood

Finance Director

Clare joined the Company in June 2019 as Group Chief Financial Officer of our parent company, PSI Limited. It seemed a natural addition to include Finance Director to PSI Pay into those responsibilities. Clare trained as a Chartered Accountant in a Big 4 firm and has over 20 years of experience behind her, over half of which have been at a senior management position. In addition to working for both KPMG and Deloitte, Clare served as the Director of Corporate Affairs for a global e-gaming company.

Clare has now taken over the UK finance function as a precursor to the Group’s next phase of expansion.
