The business need
As a global wallet provider, Payz needed robust infrastructure to support their extensive operations. Reliable payment functionality for both pay-in and payout across all 174 countries Payz serves was a must.
The solution also required card products for both individuals and corporates to ensure easy access to funds.
Security had to be a top priority throughout the whole customer lifecycle management, in order to keep both customers and companies protected.
Payz also envisioned a specialised purchase flow, with seamless transactions between individual wallet users and their integrated online merchants. A unified ecosystem was required, where funds could flow smoothly within a single platform.

The solution
We developed a bespoke solution shaped around Payz and their needs, covering all of the required functionality.

- Web interface and mobile apps for all customer roles in 10 languages
- Comprehensive backoffice and reporting application to ensure customer and transaction management
- Integrated KYC and AML services for streamlined onboarding
- Full ledger management and transaction processing engine, complete with customisable fees and limits by user type
- Branded Mastercard products for consumers and corporations
- Global infrastructure for diverse payment methods (pay-in and payout processing via cards, bank transfers, alternative payment systems and virtual IBANs)
- Robust fraud prevention and compliance systems
- Full program management, including 24/7 support services, fraud and risk management, corporate relationship management, payment processing and card program support, and tech support
